HBTC News: Emilio Cigars To Merge With Black Label Trading Company

Emilio Cigars is being brought in as a full part of the Black Label Trading Company (BLTC) family. BLTC will take over branding and marketing for Emilio Cigars. All cigar production will move to Fabrica Oveja Negra in Esteli, Nicaragua, this being the factory and headquarters for BLTC and Black Works Studio (BLK WKS). Cigars like Cavatina, LJZ, Papa Joe and Grimalkin cigar lines are already produced at BLTC. Scott Zucca, owner of Emilio Cigars, will still be involved and help with distribution for both BLTC and Emilio Cigars through his distribution company L.J. Zucca Inc.

“I’m very excited to take the Emilio brand to the next level. I believe this merger is the natural progression of things as we have been working closely with Scott Zucca over the past few years to expand the Emilio portfolio. We have big plans for the brand and I think it will fit well with our customer base” said James Brown, owner of BLTC, BLK WKS, and Fabrica Oveja Negra
