Based in Granada, Nicaragua, Mombacho Cigars S.A. have been making big progress over the last few years. Today, the company announced a change in management. Mombacho, and their Brand Manager, Rob Rasmussen, came to the joint decision to end their professional relationship. Marketing operations for Mombacho will now be handled by Jaxsears Inc. and Mr. Rasmussen pursue other professional interests.
“I have loved every minute of my time with the Mombacho family,” said Rasmussen. “I am incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to work alongside one of the best teams in the business. Thank you to Claudio, Markus, Cam and Mo. I will always cherish the memories of working with this amazing group.”
Rob took on the role of Brand Manager with Mombacho Cigars in November of 2016, including Marketing efforts in the US and Internationally. Mombacho Cigars has seen strong growth in the US and worldwide markets with Rasmussen on board.

He has taken the Mombacho brand a long way in a very short amount of time and we appreciate everything he did for this company. I am sad to see him leave, but I know he will find great success wherever his career path takes him.
