Based in Granada, Nicaragua, Mombacho Cigars S.A. just announced today that they will start shipping their newest cigar, Casa Favilli, to retailers worldwide. The cigars have been in regular production since late 2018 and Mombacho Cigars have worked with their farmers to ensure quality and availability of the special broadleaf wrappers now and in the future.

“This cigar is the first Nicaraguan Broadleaf ever in the industry. I am proud to say we have done something truly unique, Casa Favilli is very special”, said Claudio Sgroi, President and Master Blender of Mombacho Cigars.
Casa Favilli is the newest core line in the Mombacho Cigars catalog, and is also consistent with the company’s tradition of producing Nicaraguan puros (using all Nicaraguan tobaccos). The distinct blend uses a Broadleaf wrapper grown in Nicaragua, with binder and filler leaves from Jalapa and Condega. The cigar is the namesake of the Mombacho Cigars factory colonial building in Granada, Nicaragua.

Casa Favilli will be presented in three sizes, each in 12-count boxes:
5 x 50 Robusto – MSRP $11.00 per cigar
6 x 52 Toro – MSRP $12.00 per cigar
5.5 x 52 Torpedo – MSRP $13.00 per cigar
