The latest announcement from Southern Draw Cigars is just as bold as the cigar itself. The Jacobs Ladder goes even further on the road to boldness, and calls down hail, fire and brimstone – as these are names applied to each of the triple ligero filler tobaccos in this intense new size of the Jacob’s Ladder.
Brimstone is a term referenced from The Bible, specifically related to fiery torment, and it is the fifth size of the Jacobs Ladder. It has an aged Pennsylvania Broadleaf wrapper, a Maduro USA binder and a filler leaf combination of three different ligeros from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. It is made entirely by hand at AJ Fernandez Cigar Co. in Esteli, Nicaragua.

Samples of the new 6 x 56 perfecto will be available June 30, at 11 a.m. in Booth #3061 at the 2019 IPCPR Trade Show in Las Vegas. The cigar will have an MSRP of $11.99 and be presented in 20-count boxes and 20-count refill bundles. Production numbers for this year will be 75,000 cigars and they will be released in July, September and November. Shipping dates are subject to change. The Brimstone is only available to current Southern Draw Cigars retail partners. Contact Robert Holt with additional questions.
