The family that brings you Black Label Trading Company and Black Works Studio just announced a new distribution agreement with Media Rueda for Belgium and Luxembourg. Beginning today, Black Label Trading Company and Black Works Studio cigars will be available in the Belgium and Luxembourg markets through Media Rueda.
The cigars from Black Works Studio (BLK WKS) are meant to be the creative and more experimental side of Oveja Negra. The fun and irreverent style of the packaging is echoed in the design of the cigars themselves. Many cigars from the line use different wrapper colors as accents, and each blend has a unique identity. The original Killer Bee is an Ecuadorian Maduro wrapper and a regular production product. That was followed by a limited release of a Killer Bee CT in 2018. The Swarm switches it up to a Cameroon wrapper leaf. Here is Matt's review of The Swarm.
Emilio Cigars is being brought in as a full part of the Black Label Trading Company (BLTC) family. BLTC will take over branding and marketing for Emilio Cigars. All cigar production will move to Fabrica Oveja Negra in Esteli, Nicaragua, this being the factory and headquarters for BLTC and Black Works Studio (BLK WKS). Cigars like Cavatina, LJZ, Papa Joe and Grimalkin cigar lines are already produced at BLTC.
