HBTC Review: Undercrown 10 Robusto

HBTC Review: Undercrown 10 Robusto

The original Undercrown from Drew Estate was a huge release back in 2011. The cigar was originally announced as a blend made by the rollers, for the rollers. Since the Undercrown came to market it has been one of the most popular cigars in the vast Drew Estate portfolio. The Undercrown 10 is the Anniversary celebration to mark the milestone of 10 years of Undercrown. Here is Matt's review of the Undercrown 10 Robusto.

HBTC Review: Protocol Cyber Crimes Unit Churchill BP

HBTC Review: Protocol Cyber Crimes Unit Churchill BP

When Kevin Keithan joined Juan Cancel at Protocol Cigars, he not only brought a vast amount of energy and drive to the growing cigar brand, he also brought a wealth of experience in cyber security. As a way to integrate Kevin's technology background into the law enforcement theme of the Protocol series, the company released the Cyber Crimes Unit. The neon-green design fits nicely into the Protocol series of the original Protocol Blue, the Probable Cause Red, and the Themis Yellow (or as Garret likes to call it, the M-I-5). Here is Matt's review of this cigar.

HBTC Review: E.P. Carrillo Pledge Sojourn

HBTC Review: E.P. Carrillo Pledge Sojourn

There's no doubt that E.P. Carrillo has been on a fantastic run of success in the last few years. Only two short years after the Encore Majestic was awarded Cigar of the Year by Cigar Aficionado, the Pledge Sojourn was given that same top spot in that illustrious list. The Sojourn not only took the top spot from the world's biggest cigar publication, it also received high praise from many other cigar media organizations. With all of that activity surrounding this cigar, we decided to run in through our own evaluation process. Here is Matt's review of the Pledge Sojourn.

HBTC Review: CAO Vision

HBTC Review: CAO Vision

The original CAO Vision was introduced to the premium cigar market back in 2007. In that original release, the Vision was available in a variety of sizes, and with a different blend of tobaccos but this 2020 version is only made in a 7 x 50 Churchill. The original Vision was also selected for a spot on the 2007 Cigar Aficionado Cigar of the Year list. The packaging for the 2020 release is elaborate, with a high-gloss finish and built in LED lights. Here is Matt's review of the 2020 CAO Vision.
